No spark 1995 geo prizm,battery went dead charged battery and now the car wont start and found that there is no spark

First, buy a battery charger and charge the battery overnight.

That should fix it, but possibly only temporarily. It may be time to change the battery, they last 5 to 6 years depending on make and how well looked after.

If you do change the battery, use a couple of pieces of wire or jump leads to maintain 12 volts in the vehicle electronics as you swap over..

wont crank or cranks fast but wont start.? (2 different answers)
you must tell the helper all things that work or dont work
that is how electrics function, by branches .
1: head lights work high and low beams. ( dim or dead?)
2; heater fan work on high?
3: radio.
4: cluster glows those warning lamps as all do key on (y/n)
5;cranks
6: interior lamps dead, my guess you mean the dome lamps.?
try to be more clear as to which of the many lamps inside are dead.
7: if its a no crank, car, say so, and check for green battery lugs
we clean them , if not corroded ,then we next jump start the car
using jumper cables, per instructions on the box.

is car automatic trans?
if yes and wont crank try cranking in Neutral not park.
step on brake /and key on, and shift to N.
then crank.

dead engine,
do head lamps work?
on a dead car, dead engine, all power comes from the main car battery. and all power feeds are fused.
if fuses blow, no power to that feed.
if the battery is dead so will be the head lamps and hand lamps
do not take a key top work (a safety feature)
this car is toyota corolla. (with geo stickers)
how do you know power is missing from F10?
you used a voltmeter there? or test lamp? how>?
there were 2 engines, 4A and 7AFE engines.
ill guess and answer for 4AFE engine
Fuse 10 is not a number its the current rating of the fuse.
and is maked (you didnt show a photo of fuse, nor where it is)
is marked IGN
now ill answer with the schematic. (makes it 10x more easy)
now power feeds IGN fuse, from the key switch
if that switch works the power come to it from
AM2 fuse
If AM2 is dead then the battery is dead. or
the battery ground is bad.
or the battery lugs are rusty
or the battery is only discharged, so charge it.
or jumper cable start car like you see the AAA tow truck man do.

head lights must come on, or the battery is dead.!!!
the head lights work key off. so that is first check, and first to fix.

when this happens you have a dead battery, (fuses good, and tested all fuse,in engine bay.

1. the classic, jump start using jumper cables .
2. charge the battery so it reads 12.6vdc rested
3. try a known good battery in car, that works in another car.

first off it can be just bad. the battery .
over night, is called phantom drain.
doing so driving is a dead charging system.

Is the alternator charging the battery ?
Will it hold if you disconnect the battery cable overnight ?

remove the cover, ,remove bulb.

no spark at all 4 spark plugs or 1. (using fresh test spark plug?)
is the distributor rotor turning , cranking.?
was the cam belt changed at 60,000 miles, as you must?

A mechanic would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch (automatic) and the key switch.

have you charged up the new battery with a battery charger? its obviously still flat
