It lives under the right headlamp below the plastic bracket that holds the headlamp assembly. You can gain access one of two ways. Remove the bumper fascia, headlamps, and bracket that runs across the front of the car. Or, remove the right headlamp and use a hole saw to drill a one and a half to two inch hole in the bottom of the bracket. Once the headlamp is back in place the hole won't show and the integrity of the bracket will remain.

Fan relay is located under pass headlight. Remove light assembly, use 2 1/2 " hole saw to drill hole in plastic housing ,3"from back wall, 3'' from left side.This will put you right over relay. Unscrew two bolts,replace. Relay was $40.... dealer wanted$350 to remove front bumper to replace it.

ELECTRIC Cooling Fans are Controled By
1) Coolant temp Sensor
2) Cooling Fan RELAY
3) Power source TO the RELAY ( Fused )
UNPLUG the Cooling Fan PLUG @ FAN Itself
Use DIRECT CURRENT AT the FAN PLUG<< +POS & --NEG FROM BATTERY ONE BRIGHT COLORED WIRE at FAN PLUG is +POS. the Other is --Neg If the Fan COMES ON then your Problem IS BEFORE the FAN @ ONE of the 3 OTHER COMPONENTS ABOVE
