Question about 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee
When driving my jeep will shut off with out warning. sometimes it will start to shut off but then keeps running. We have changed every part that the computer readers tell us. Some of the parts have been changed several times. we have had it to dealers and other mechanics and no one can tell me what the problem is

Sounds like you have a "parts replacer" not a technician. What kind of testing was done? Or. is he just guessing and charging you for that? What's wrong with the harness that was not wrong since "99? Unless it was crushed or cut or burned, the only problem with a harness generally is that where each wire enters the pin at it's end, sometimes that connection will deteriorate, and the pin will show no voltage. It may be time consuming to find the pin(s) but knowing the symptoms eliminate a lot of them.
When found, usually the connection can easily be restored or pin can be changed. I don't enjoy that work but have done it many times, always with good results.
