I bought my xg350 a little over a year ago, it has 157k miles on it and when it gets cold it will not start. It cranks but will not turn over. When I push it into my garage after awhile it will start. No battery charge needed. Its happened when its low on fuel and it has happened when the tank is completely full. Im almost certain its not the battery because if I just leave it in the garage and let it warm up some after a day or two it will start. Could it be the fuel filter?
Depending on how cold you are talking, it could be water in your fuel system freezing and blocking the fuel delivery, do you know if you are getting fuel to the engine when this problem occurs?
You can try a fuel conditioner one that removes water from the fuel system but is safe for injectors and see if that helps.
Testimonial: "I live in Illinois and the temperature overnight is around -12. Ive put heet in it before and it did not seem to help very much."
