You mean the message`'oil change overdue' or the RED WARNING LIGHT looks like Aladdin's lamp?
Serious problem if the RED WARNING lamp. Do not start or run it until it's looked at by professionals. don-ohio
If the problem has been repaired than the light will go out automatically. If you have not repaired the problem the light will not go out even if you try to clear the codes with a scan tool.
Your best bet is to scan the ABS module with a scan tool and find out what codes are stored. Then you'll have a much better idea of what the problem could be.

it needs to be reset, here is the procedure>>>http://library.motoralldata.com/techRef/WebHelp/Tire_Pressure_Monitor_Reset_Procedures/Toyota/2005-2006_Solara.htm
The easiest way to reset that light is to go to an AutoZone or Advance Auto..and they have the code readers..and they will see what code you have and they will remove the codes from you car computer and reset the light for free..or you can buy a code reader and do it yourself..i hope this helps....Keith
