I would be investigating the fuel pressure and injector operation as they also cause misfiring. The vibration may be from the injectors not operating properly. ( leaking or squirting and not atomising )

It could also be your injector, try running a fuel injector cleaner to see if that helps the problem.

Take the ignition controll module off(under the coil packs) and have it tested at autozone or oreillys if it is bad one or more coil packs will not work.
