Truck warmed up and heater blows cold air out vents at defrost and feet. I figure that it is a problem with an electric valve. I am sure these ouldbe on a fuse or relay, but how do I find the fight one to check. The owners manual does not say which fuse would control these solenoid valves.

Have you followed your heater hoses from engine to firewall for possible inline before core?
SOURCE: Blower for AC/Heater stopped working
hi
my heater blower has stopped working all together i have checked all the fuses but do not no where the relays are for the heater.
SOURCE: 1998 Mustang - AC blows only through Defrost vents
You probably have a vacuum leak on the passenger side. its a small plastic hose some times they come unpluged from the engine. or brake.
SOURCE: Vent control
You have a vacuum leak.Defrost is the default postion(no vacuum).
See if you can locate the small black vacuum line that goes inside the vehicle on the passenger side near the heater core. The trace it back, should see it going to a canister then to the intake manifold.Make sure it is not disconnected or broken somewhere.
