There is no power getting to the fuel pump but all the fuses are good the fuel pump relay is good and we just replaces the filter.
Will it run if you jumper the pump relay ?
Im not sure Ive tried that yet how do you do that?
There should be 4 wires on the pump relay. Two are power in, one is a ground from the engine computer, and the fourth goes to the pump. You would jumper from the main power to the pump circuit bypassing the relay to make the pump run. If it works, something may not be letting the computer ground the relay.
Or the relay may be faulty.

Pull one or two sparkplugs and check them for moisture; not fuel, but for water beads.
I don't know how long your engine ran after losing coolant but there is a chance that you lost the head gasket and have gotten water into the cylinders.

Well if there is no electricity at the pump, it means either the pump isn't good or it could be somehting simple 2. Like a fuse blown

The fuel pump relays are mounted on an "L" bracket underneath the ECM. Both have something to do with the Fuel pump. Be careful not to get it confused with the horn relay it is in the same vicinity (under the dash on the drivers side).

The ECM has a blown capacitor inside it for opening the injector you will most likly need to get it rebuilt, buy a new ,or used ECM had the same problem with my sidekick.

The computer controlls the power to the pump.Rplace the computer and all should be well. They r on e-bay for around 100 dollars.Good luck
