Car is a hard start when temps are cold, but it does start and then runs ok, the idle searches (revs then dies down). I tested the ECT for reistance (cold and at operating temp), tested the cold start injector time switch (resistance fine), tested the cold start injector also for resistance if was fine also. The car used to have A/C, but it had small leak, and the comp clutch froze and wrecked the belt. I just never have enoough money to fix.
Well this answer is going to be a bit fuzzy.
Code 51 is for a switch signal issue. The possible causes are the throttle position switch, the neutral safety switch, and the ac compressor switch. One of those three is not sending a signal to the computer. So if its the ac switch, you know why.
But all three would need to be checked out.

Could be buring coolant from headgasket leak. thats the only other way coolant can leave your engine besides a leak.
Side note:
I strongly reccomend in the future not to use ne kind of coolant stop-leak stuff. you have small passages coolant needs to go through and that stuff also cloggs up those areas. alot of people dont think that far ahead. so alittle info for the future for you. it also cloggs up your heatercore and radiator. and will cause faster corrosion in those areas.

well you could try to get a vacuum gauge and see if your car reads what it supposed to and if you buy one it could tell you what it could be.
