From the sound of it you have used a bunch of cowboys to do the work. If the gear shift is operating, the problem must be in the linkage.

If this mob can't find it, get the vehicle towed AT THEIR EXPENSE to a Land Rover specialist or failing that to a auto specialist.

Meanwhile, I'll check with my own specialists to find out if this problem has ever happened for them

Where is the location of fuel shut off please? is it manual reset? could changing the battery have engaged the immobilizer?

To be honest Phil-- I do not know or work on a
Range Rover

But in my 50 years of experience, I have only seen &
heard of Ford & some Mazda Products, that every had
a Fuel Safety Shut Off Switch & they should only open
& shut off the fuel pump, if you have a very hard & serious
accident.

You should be able to Google the question

Loss of power

This is not something you can fix yourself because it could be one or several contributing factors, ranging from the fuel pump, blocked filters to a faulty ECU. Go to a specialty service operator (preferably not a dealer) who can diagnose the fault accurately

Range Rover has no power

I would suspect fuel pump/filter at this age.Probably never been changed in its life.
