I have a 1998 chrysler concorde. The airbag light on the dash stays on and my horn doesnt work. How do i fix this without costing me tons of money?

Could be a wiring problem or the clockspring in the steering column.
You would need to pull the steering wheel and test the circuits.

Hyundai x2 Horn will not stop blowing

First check for faulty horn relay. If OK then check Horn pad, it is an earth switch and may be dammaged. Remove horn pad and check for wire off and contacting to earth or short to earth . If problem still exists with horn pad removed then the wire from horn relay to steering column is earthing out

2003 dodge caravan airbag good horn doesnt work,so i jumped horn relay horn worked .so i now know relay to horn is good clock spring wiring horn pad?fuse compartment on wiring diagram has horn relay 20 amp...

if you check the wire that comes from the horn button to the relay for voltage when the horn is pushed and have voltage then you have a bad relay,if not then you probably have bad contacts in the horn pad area or even the clock spring itself.

For no apparent reason car horn engaged. Car had not been driven for at least 8 hours. Had to remove battery .When checking it out today I removed horn relay then reconnected battery....no horn when...

My guess is, it is telling you the horn relay is absent/defective? Put the relay back. It may be the relay is the problem or maybe not. Look for a code.

Horn relay clicks but horn doesn't blow

Remove and replace the Horn Relay. There should be a Spare Relay of the same Type (Size and Shape). OR
Switch out the suspected Horn Relay with another Relay in the Fuse/Relay of the same Type (Size and Shape) that is known to currently work. After the switch check the operations of both the Horn and the function you switched out. If the Horn works and the other function doesn't work any longer: The Relay was bad and needs to be replaced.
