Honda crv diesel lossof power at low revs - 2005 Honda CRV 2.2

Sounds like piston blow by, as the gap increases and diesels have such high compression. When the turbo kicks in, the pressure is restored.

The 1st thing you need to do is have the computer control module tested for fault codes, this is called an OBD2 test.

Cleaned injectors?

Fuel pressure or delivery or blown head gasket or bad compression. There are no service lights on?

Idle Air Control Motor

There is probably an air lock in the fueling system,you need to take the out the air lock in order to the engine start well and remain idle.

is it fly by wire throttle control ?? or a conventional cable

Increased vibration from a vehicle indicates worn out engine supports. This vibration often disappears when revving the engine high, but is very noticeable at low revs.

You can have these inspected and possibly replaced to reduce the vibration cominf from your engine.
