When i start the engine and take off the car starts to shake from side to side unless i am driving faster

This could be a lot of things. The first thing to check is the tires. Make sure they are not flat spotted from sitting too long .Then you need to check motor mounts and make sure they are not broken or loose. There are many things that could be causing this.

SOURCE: i have a 2004 mitsubishi

poss torque converter lockup chatter , have codes checked , poss needs trans flush with mitsu sp3!! atf only ,or some type of mount or carrier bearing maybe worn
