Friend of mine ask me to change her fuel pump, she told me it already been checked out and it need a pump. I talk to the person whom said it needed a pump they basically said that they had a used pump put in and it did not work it needed another pump . When I got the car
I pulled out the pump and checked it, it came on and was strong. I look inside the glove box for the f-pump fuse or fuel fuse could never find the fuse. I look under the hood passenger front and found the relay boxes still no fuse for the fuel pump. I did see a single fuse near the relay box's .
Can you tell me were to find the relay box for the fuel pump and the fuse or fuse able link to the fuel pump?
The fuse is marked ECM 1 or ECM 2 and is under the hood, as is the fuel pump relay, also these have fuel pump connector problems, did u carefully inspect the pins for heat damage?.
