I put a brand new alternator and belts on my mitsubishi galant es 2001 .30l and new battery new pcv valve and still wont start. it dosent even make a click when i turn the key to try to start the car. can you pls tell me what is wrong with this car. thank you!! any-one?

No only accesable to the clip and fasteners that secures a duct that needs to be removed in order for you to get access to the ecm from behind onlly a #10 socket and a pair of needle nose to squeeze one of the fasteners securing a wire harness

Fuel filter location for 2003 galant es
They usually install fuel filters within a foot of the fuel tank. It is very easy to find it. Follow the fuel line from the fuel tank and it will lead you right to it. If you go to a Auto Parts store, they may be able to show you a picture of it and that may help also.

Need location of condenser drain tube on 2001 mitsubishi galant es 4 cylinder
Not sure about this car, but if the a/c evaporator is under the hood it will be under it close to the fire wall, if it is in the car then it will be sticking out of the fire wall and bent downwards. it is a black soft rubber tube . hope this helps

Location of Fuel Relays - Misubishi Galant
In my experience, the relay is situated behind the left hand kick panel inside the vehicle. It is usually called the circuit opening relay and can have 4 or 6 pins. The panel is the one which covers the left hand door hinges adjacent to the left foot of who ever is sitting in the left hand seat.
Some mitsubishi's have the relay mounted above the ECU, behind the glove box so check there too..

No only if it is defective or you know that you had a short, it is common for a shop to replace both but only after testing to see if there is more than .2 ohms resistance on any of the two prongs on the relay or from the computer to ground.

dont know exsacly where is but should be where gear box meets engine and it sounds like the soliniod is stuck or gone or starter could be stuck in engine if manual put in gear and rock back and forward this may help relase it
