0106, 0301, and 0303 indicate large vacuum leak. Intake gaskets or map port broken. If the leak is noisy, it could also cause the 0328. Fix the leak and clear the codes to see if any come back.
It is either time to replace the wiper motor or the arm has disengaged from the transmission. does the motor make any sounds when the wiper switch is activated? Also, does one work and not the other? If neither wiper moves or makes the usual noises i would suspect the switch inside the car. hope this helps and good luck.
The oil light indicates low oil pressure, if the oil level is correct. That and the noise indicates you have a failed con rod (big end) bearing. The engine will have to come out unfortunately. From what you say, it may be that the crankshaft has not been damaged.
I see more than one issue in your story. Its possible the computer lost memory and will need to relearn. But that would not explain the knocking noise. The oil pressure warning might explain the noise if oil pressure really is low. Running without the belt for even 5 min would not cause the problems you describe.
I would focus on the low oil pressure warning and the noise first.
