There's a water drain tube that is supposed to run from the heater core down under the car to drain away condensation. Yours may be clogged or disconnected, and allowing the water to run into the car.

The drain should be located under the hood against the firewall on the pass. side down about a foot and a half from the wiper guard panel. It's a rubber hose of thin black material.Try sticking a pencil(eraser end) up the tube and wiggle it around.

Sounds like condensate from the air condition coil, not from a heater coil.
If the drain for that is stopped up, can "overflow" into passenger side of car, very common problem.
If freon is low, causing the coil to freeze over, then thaw when you are parked, very likely.
And that will be clear liquid, not color of anti-freeze.
