2006 Expedition 5.4L Starting problems, changed the corroded Fuel Pump Diver Module, started right up but then again started having issues starting. Seams like when I turn the key several times and let it sit in the accessories on mode for a while I get it to start. Once started it runs fine until I shut it off then same scenario as described. always get it started but it is taking longer and longer now???

check the started solinoid on the passenger fender. Mine would do what you are describing until i put in a new soleniod.

HI ' sounds like a liking fuel pump check valve ,to test install a fuel pressure tester follow instruction on tester ,turn key on don't crank engine over turn key off and back on again note your fuel pressure should be 38 psi to 48 it should keep 20 psi in system after 10 minutes of just siting replace fuel pump if you loose the pressure

hook up a fuel pressure guage and check it at start up, key on pressure should build and hold , if not check it could be regulator of leaking injector

First you need to verify that the pump is getting power. Did you check the Inertia Switch? Power goes through that switch to the fuel pump. If the switch is good, and getting power,the fuel pump is most likely bad, the fuel tank must be lowered to replace the fuel pump.
