Doesn't mean anything. Its possible the alternator is not charging the battery, but anytime you run the engine with the battery disconnected, you run the risk of cooking the alternator and the engine computer.

How to jump started,can i use a bmw 318

You can use any vehicle you have available, as long as the battery you are jumping from is a 12V battery. (Which the BM's is)
This is the textbook recommendation:
Using a set of jumper cables, the thicker the better, connect the positive on the 318's battery to the positive on the Montero. The cars should not be touching(metal to metal anyway) Next the negative on the 318 to the engine block of the Montero. Start the 318 and then attempt starting the Montero. Once started, switch on the headlamps of the 318 and disconnect the cables, Montero negative first then 318 negative, then Montero positive and last 318 positive.
This is my way:
Connect cables, battery to battery, first positive then negative while making sure you touch nothing else on either vehicle.(Connect good battery first then flat battery) Your battery contains a lot of stored energy and also explosive gases, YOU DO NOT WANT A SHORTCIRCUIT, or sparking at the good battery for that matter.
Start the vehicle with the good battery. Let it idle for at least 10 minutes allowing the charging system on the (318) to replenish both batteries. Patience is needed.
Once started, and before disconnecting, switch on the headlamps on both vehicles. This is to prevent a voltage spike caused by the sudden disconnection damaging any electronics on either vehicle.

My 1996 Camaro dies - no electrical. I put a test lamp between the batery posts and everything comes back to life? Any ideas where to start?

yes how old is battery. how old are cables? ignition swithces will do this slao. so will a bad ground on the engine or a bad positive connection at the starter. should be just a bad or loose connection.

My Mitsubishi Montero Sport 2000 does not start. The battery is okey, but it does not start. I beleive it might be the starter. What do I have to check?

Check all your cable connections for being secure, and tight fit. If any are loose in any way; there's your culprit.

Military here and working on a foreign car and not a hummer haha. have a 1998 montero sport. bad starter, replaced and now can arc silinoid to fire starter which would only spark before i replaced but will...

Check the condition of the power and ground cables, Bypass the cables with a set of jumper cables, connect the NEG post to the engine with the black cable, and POS to the Starter Solenoid with the red cable. then try it if it starts the cables are bad or poorly connected.

check the battery voltage in stand by and cranking, try jump starting the truck. if the truck will start with a jump the battery could be bad.
If the starter solenoid is separate from the starter then it is possible the solenoid is bad.

Hope this is of some help.

2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sport

if your car keeps cutting out is because you might have a loose connection to the battery. if your vehicle is running and it looses connection with battery it should still stay running. if it dies it means that you have a bad altenator.

Engine keeps dying after I turn it on.

I had the same problem when I did battery maintenance on my 1988 Montero Sport. The problem was explained to me, that the car's electronic pollution control computer data was erased when the battery is disconnected or the battery totally discharges. The car's computer uses this data to regulate idle speed and other engine factors. The solution given to me was to recheck the battery connections (make sure they are clean, and tighten down), start the vehicle, and just let it sit and idle for about 15 - 20 minutes (without racing the engine or driving the vehicle). This will rebuild and repopulate the car's computer engine data it needs to make adjustments. Hope this helps.
Mark.
