past that in to your broswer, URL windown and bingo , now see parts 1 and 2. see em. now how do you change that, not easy, but here goes. thre are like 21 parts inside this complex mirror assy. you can buy the mirror , or takes yours off car and observe the level of damage in side your, maybe its too far gone inside, so your askng how to fix it not known that is impossible. The FSM might cover a simple way to dismantle this mirror, ill post both ways,,,
the above covers removal of a mirror from door very well
next the , fsm words to attack just a mirror, (there are so many, so...????)
(motor removal my get you to this flasher) here> Adjust the mirror fully to the inward position. Insert a long, thin flat-tipped screwdriver along the notch on the mirror holder. Slide the tip of the screwdriver between the mirror holder and the actuator. Quickly twist the screwdriver to separate the mirror holder from the mirror actuator. Insert the screwdriver further under the mirror holder and twist it again. Separate the mirror holder from the actuator by slowly pulling the mirror apart while separating the adhesive, and release the hooks. If equipped, disconnect the mirror defogger connectors from the heater pad terminals. Raise the door glass fully. Disconnect the power door lock actuator connector. Remove the plug caps, and then remove the plastic cover. Disconnect the mirror wiring harness, and detach the harness clip. Remove the maintenance caps and remove the nuts. While holding the mirror, detach the clip, then remove the mirror and pull the harness out through the hole in the door. Disconnect the wiring harness from the mirror and disassemble the terminals. Remove the screw from the gasket. Record the terminal locations and wire colors. Cut the wire harness with wire cutters, and remove the gasket. Remove the three screws, and separate the mirror housing from the bracket. Remove the six mounting screws and the actuator. To install:.reverse above.
buying the FSM works better, for sure, if you are serious DIY. you think????
that URL for honda, go to 2008 hybrid, civic, answer all questions, then pick Interior;bumper (odd huh) then mirror, BAM all mirrors 1 page.
now you see it, and what parts are there, and what are replaceable. your blink lenses IS. so use that FSM quoted , access method above... to get there. if not get help....

1.
Alright, let's just jump right into it. Get down and low and at the front of your center console you'll find two clips holding it in. There's one on the driver's side and one on the passenger side.
Okay so now how the *#$@ do I remove those clips? If you pull they don't come out...and if you pry you'll just scratch your console. Here's how: Look carefully and you'll see the center is a little circle. Gentley push it in...voila..off it pops. Repeat this for the other side.
2.
Alright now it's time to head to the back. You should recline your seats all the way forward and slide them up front. This will give you plenty of room to work. Get down low and you'll see a screw holding the back in -- once again you'll find it on both sides.
Simply take your Phillips head screwdriver to the ****** and unscrew it on both sides.
3.
Look carefully and you're going to see that the top of your center console is comprised of two pieces. One that stretches from the front of the console to just behind the shift boot. The second piece stretches from there to the back of the console.
The second piece is what we're going to remove. Here's how to do it. It's only held down by a few clips so all you need to do is pry it up. So whip out your flat head screw driver, or other prying device along with a cloth to prevent your crazy @$$ from prying up the plastic too. Start and the back and pry it up.
4.
You can theoretically now just pull the whole thing straight up. However what I found to be easier was to pry up one side and get your fingers underneath then pull from left to right (or vice versa) to pop off the front clips. The front clips tend to be in stiffer than the ones around the side and rear.
*POP* The entire center piece should now be free!
5.
Now you're able to lift the piece straight up.
Simply slide the piece up and forward taking care not to scratch anything
6.
Alright you'll probably discover you can't quite get it past the brake lever.
Yup...excellent deduction Sherlock..the gear shifter seems to be in the way.
7.
Alright time to move out of the way Mister Gear Shifter
Slide that baby into 1st gear (Make sure you didn't lower your hand brake!!!)
8.
It's free! Now you have room to work!
Okay now that the gear shift is in first...you have room to carefully slide the piece forward and out without scratching anything.
So now that you have the rear piece off, you want to remove the front piece right?
Well as you can see here, all that's holding it in place are these two screws on this panel.
Take your mighty Phillips head screwdriver and go buck-wild on those two screws
You've now successfully removed everything that's been holding the center console down. You should now be able to slide the center console back and forth. There you should be able to remove it now..and you should see this

You use the button that resets your trip odometer to reset the maintenance light.
with the key in the ignition but not turned on, hold the trip reset button in with one hand. then, while holding the button in, turn the ignition key to the ON position so that the lights on the dash come on.
Continue to hold the reset button in and watch the maintenance light. it will take about 15 seconds for the light to go out
When the light goes out, turn the ignition key OFF and then release the trip reset button.
Your light will be reset and come on in about another 5000 miles to remind you of the next service
Hope that helps

SOURCE: where i can find the starter for honda civic dx 2008?
The starter should be located on the left side of the engine. That is the side nearest the front of the car. Typically the transaxle spans a portion of the right side of the engine. You may also find related info on tha Autozone website. Enter your vehicle info then go to "view job diagram" on the right side of the page.
