to enter a radio code you use the preset buttons ie code 1324 you press buttons 1324 and then either select or button six and hold until it beeps and the screen shows radio type stuff , i have researched this particular make and the year, whether it has a cd player can make a difference to the actual code and entering it, follow this link for some advise from eurovox owners How do enter the code into my Eurovox radio Casette jackeroo 1998...
Your best bet on that one is to go to a place that sells car audio systems or even some autoparts retailers have them, and get the proper adapter harness already made up. A few more dollars but, a whole lot less headaches.
The CD input slot is not hidden. You should be able to see it, BUT, if a CD is stuck in the player, there is a "door" that closes and will not let you put a CD in. If so, the radio must be removed, and the CD extracted.
Since the replacement is a different one from the one you are replacing, the car wiring harness is probably different from the one needed for the new radio. This is a really important difference if the new one is part of a Bose system and that is not the option installed in your car. The best way to check is for you to identify the option codes for each radio and go to alldatadiy.com and compare the wiring diagrams.
to enter your code when the cd player displays error leave cd player switched on and after 20 mins or so i will display 0000 then you will be able to enter your code this happens when some 1 has entered the wrong code
