2005 Honda accord v6. My daughter put her new battery in backwards. I replaced the main fuse but now all her warning lights (abs, tcs, etc) are on and won't turn off. I checked the computer and there are no codes.
Check all the fuses, preferably with a test light, under the hood and under the dash. If all check good, then one or more modules may have been damaged.
Incorrect fitment of a battery will cause the ECM to be damaged . Have the ECM tested and have the CPU reprogrammed as there may be a corrupted program from the polarity reversal
SOURCE: TCS light & ABS Light on/off intermitent
usually when there is an interuption in current flow you will get flickering indicator lights on the dash. This means one of two things, either the sensors that control those indicator lights are becoming faulty or the alternator may be on its way out. One thing you need to keep in mind if you ABS unit is on its way out you will not notice any difference in drivability. ABS is just a brake assist(Antilock Brake System) when it fails you don't lose your brakes you just stop like a regular brake system would without an assist.(ABS) Maybe the unitis on its way out as well.. I would ge it checked as well.. Good Luck

go to an auto parts store and have them test it.the check engine light could be a gas cap leaking. you could replace cap or o-ring,
could be a plug also.
how does the engine run. i cracked the porcelin on a plug once.
it ran terrible and the check engine light came on. i knew what it was because it didn't seem right when i put it in.
start out at the auto parts store first

First thing is to make sure you have a fully charged or good battery. If Ok
Use scanner and read codes.
Depending on what codes tell you do the testing and repair required .
Right now your TCS is not operable and the transmission is only operating in third gear.
Get back to me with the codes and we will take it from there. This could be anything from wheel sensors to shift solenoids,
