Just got car service for 75,000 miles also had new

Sounds to me like someone has perhaps knocked the ABS sensor while working on the brakes. The ECU in these cars interlinks various stability and braking components. Go back to the service center and ask them to put a code reader on the car and get a read out. It may only require that they reset the fault codes, but do not delay. On some Lexus vehicles these lights will also come on when the battery has been disconnected and there will be a reset for the programs, but the TRAC off light has never come on on my 2001 when doing brakes or battery swap.
nice find an 02 with 75,000. My 2001 is over 160

2000 Lexus RX 300 big reqd maint 100k-200k

You dont need to go to adealer if the mechanic youre seeing can do and has the tools required to maintain the vehicle according to the hand book specs,as they are most certainly the best way to preserve the cars longevity.Basic servicing will only cover the basic things, all sorts of filters need to be changed at regular intervals with any car ,moreso Lexus ...Hence the reputation for reliability,so get any mechanic capable of doing these things whose qualified most importantly to do it.Theyre too nicer car to do less with
