Toyota prius 2008 staring problems this morning without any early signs while driving suddenly warning lights come on brake (!) ABS VSC for a while approximatly i minute then a drive 3 miles and again the lights como brake (!) (!) ABS VSC red battery picture (triangule with !) and car picture with ! color red

The ABS system is in need of immediate service. The hard pedal is the ABS/Hydraulics malfunctioning and beeping to let you know. Could be a sensor or module maybe a wiring/connection issue but have it serviced ASAP . A bad vacuum supply to the booster or booster diaphragm can also cause a hard pedal and any could light the warning light.

may just be a coincidence that the brake warning light came on after the oil change . have you checked the brake fluid level ,if low check the brake pads, if not low check for leaks

run the fault codes to find out the faulty sensors /solenoids / servos.

The clicking noise could be related to the bigger problem with the abs/vsc actuator, this is a kind of common problem on the prius models, the actuator should be replaced, this is a very expensive part (around $2000) for the part only, while the warning light is on the traction control and abs are disabled, it will still brake normally.

Check there staring Shaft and turing point it might be lose...

There's a known problem with the early Toyota Prius (2001 - 2003), when running the engine for a long period of time without moving or when the car is driven only for short trips (short city driving), the Prius might not start.

You have to change the original battery with a 356 CCA which is bigger because the battery is bigger you also have to change what is holding it into place.
