2004 sunfire AT, lurches when stopped, loss of power sometimes
2004 sunfire had/has obd codes, 131, 173, and 1133, I think. Car lurches when stopped and loses power some of the time but not all the time. Where should I start on solving the issue. O2 sensor?

obd = on board computer
if the light does not appear in dash when ign switch on the tester may think someone has bypassed OBD because of fault which will give excessive emissions
you need a OBD II code reader plugged in to car to trace fault ebay from $25
Any OBD2 reader should work. the OBD connector is under the dash just forward of where the drivers knees would be. I think most ALL cars are within 18" of the steering wheel.
did u hav a proper OBD 2 scan-that sensor would posses a 5 digit code-in reality it gets u in a general area-dont go replacing parts till u get other opinions -think basic 1st like a loose wire etc-or a tuneup
