Need more info.
Does it do it in gear, in park?
Is it constant?
Try checking the heat shield at the catalytic converter. These sometimes come loose and make a rattling noise when the engine is running.

This is probably the heat shield. The shield is a metal plate between exhaust and car. You can put self tapping screws in it or Have a shop repair it.

I have a 2002 hyundai elantra. weird noise igniton

No this is normal. This whine you hear is the fuel pump turning to pump fuel. Try not to run it under a 1/4 of tank to much though because if you do and you run out of fuelit can burn the fuel pump out. Chris J.C. Towing

With the car on ground, break loose the drive-axle nut, and the wheel nuts , than jack up the car, support it properly, remove the wheel ,remove the axle-nut.
Remove the brake caliper assembly-- support it properly.
Remove the two bolts that hold the hub bracket to the Macpherson strut assemble, remove the lower arm ball joint and remove the steering tie- rod ball-joint attached to the hub bracket. That's it.Slide off the hub /with the bracket off the drive-shaft.
Follow steps backwards to assemble back.

I need to remove the dashboard from a 2002 hyundai elantra

if you are just taking the dash out you do not need to take out the metal frame. make sure you have the passenger air bag bolts removed from the frame. there isnt any screws from the rear.after all bolts are removed you will need to pull on it pretty hard to get the 3 hold in clips to pop off.
