My nissan lucino (same as a sunny i think) dashboard backlights dont work, so at night I cant see the speedo or any of the air conditioning controls etc. none of the fuses below the steering wheel have blown, but the INJ fuse by the battery keeps blowing, not sure whats going on, as far as i know the rest of the car works fine. Just had a new stereo installed but got it rechecked and no wires are disconnected or anything. Whats causing the fuse to blow and my dash lights not to work..?
I have the same problem too. Just replaced a new cd player then the dashboard and panel lights stopped working....
Could it be the dimmer switch? headlight switch? or some kind of fuse is broken??
Please help.
Hey i have the same problem and was wondering what you did to fix this??? and no the dimmer isint just wound down!
No insult intended, but are you sure the lights on dash aren't just dimmed out? I fell for that one when it went through the car wash. Wiping down everything one of them rolled the dash dimmer. Good luck. And that inj looks like an abreviation for injector. That needs to be looked into cause something or an injector is shorted. good luck

Tail lights and running lights don't work. Blown 10a fuse in engine compartment. Disconnected all connectors to front and rear tail and running lights plus license plate light. Fuse still blows. My son recently installed an aftermarket radio and I had him disconnect everything from the radio. Fuse still blows with all the above mentioned connectors loose. I have doubts that this is caused by a short in the wiring harness. I cant escape the thought that the radio is the culprit, but with everything disconnected? One other thing, panel lights are on bright but no dimmer control.
