Car not driven for two weeks - did not start. Tried to jump-start the engine but then I have lost power completely to any system. Checked the "transparent" fuses inside and under the hood - they seem fine. Where else to look? Please... 2004 Acura TL, Six Speed, the radio/nav system kept asking for reset, which I believe indicates a short between the unit and battery, which is activating the security feature. Now, a couple times a day, the whole vehicle appears to be without power, but then it starts right up, full power, without jump starting. I checked battery connects, connects to the first fuse box in engine compartment and looked at fuse box next to clutch to see if appeared to be loose. Everything seems tight. Suggestions?
There are many things it could be but a few suggestions are to have the battery load checked (battery could be faulty), check for broken or corrosion wires, check fuses inside power distribution box (loose or corroded connections), and see if there might be an association with the ignition switch and your power lose. I dont think it applies to your issue but its not unheard of to have a faulty ignition switch. Good luck.
Check all grounds wires if knot problem try to start with jumpers to starter to battery mabey you have bad cables to starter look at cable at starter side loose? or bab connection?
