It could be a fuse, a wiring problem, or something in the dash cluster itself. Your Toronado has at least three computers (the IPC, the BCM, and the ECM) as well as a Central Power Supply module. Pinpointing problems is not a simple task.
Check all the fuses. Is it an intermittent problem? Are all the gauges not working? Can you retrieve any error codes?

be very careful remove all the trim and the screws and it should come out be very careful because they do not give you much wire behind these things and at a good salvage yard you should be able to find a replacement for your car at a cost alot cheaper
