The water pump could be on its way out or the belt is slipping, check its tught by pressing on it firmly.. If it is tight then the water pump is completly ruined and its time for a new one

Check with engine running, trans hot (ie: has runn down the road 15 minuets) car in park engine idling, remove dipstick, wipe and re-insert then remove and read level on stick.
It could be a bad mix of coolant and water, you may have to much coolant in there, it supposed to be mixed properly for your engine. It may also need a coolant flush, not a bad idea to flush your system and then replace all the fluid anyways.
hi, this is completely normal.. engines are designed to runn hot so your thermostat will keep all of the hot water inside the engine block untill it gets to opperating temp.. if you think it is taking too long you can change the thermostat because they are known to be a little faulty at times and they can get stuck open or closed but if your engine is not overheating and if it stays at a fairly normal temp on a very long drive then i think it is fine
what you are saying makes no sense at all. a master cyl does not run at all it is a hydraulic fluid unit also it doesnt have electric power, it is operated by foot pressure,and cannot drain your battery
