The truck starts and idles normal when using it on a regular basis. When I start it after it has been sitting for a day it idles rough for a few minutes. It sounds like it wants to die and then it will rev real high repeating this for a few minutes then it is good to go for the rest of the day. This happens even if it is a hot day outside. I had an oil change and tune up with new plugs, air filter ect.
Sounds like the chock needs a little TLC.

check the fuel pressure when u get a po300 code that means there has been a missfire. if your fuel pressure is low it will cause missfires.
