Air conditioner on 2002 Pontiac blowing hot air, although freon is not low...also makes a clicking noise.

My 2002 Sunfire Pontiac's air conditioner has started not to cool. It has plenty of freon, but after my last oil change, started making a noise and the air still blows, but is now blowing hot more than cold.

Take it to a garage and have them evacuate the system and refill with refrigerant. you have air and non condensibles in the refrigerant system.

Air Conditioner blows warm air in my 2007 pontiac g6

If there is not enough freon in the system there are safety pressure switches in the system to prevent damage to the compressor from lack of oil. First have the system tested for leaks and repair them before adding freon. The system should be evacuated with a vacuum pump for a while to check for seal leaks and to remove moisture that will enter the system .

I have a 2008 pontiac g5 and when the air conditioner is on it is blowing hot air instead of cold

sounds like you need to have your AC serviced, alot of times the compressor wont kick on when you are low on freon.

Air conditioner blowing hot air on 2002 monte carlo and it has freon in it

car air conditioner blowing hot air is cause by either a leak or a clogged condenser, since it has a freon in it then it might be a case of clogged condenser but this is just a contributing factor, it is possible that the leak is small that you wont even notice that the freon is not enough for the a/c to blow cold air.

2003 Pontiac Sunfire sending unit

Check the pressure in the low side A/C line. My guess is the refrigerant is low and needs recharging.
