The dealer may be able to order one for you, and these kind of things show up on ebay and other online outlets for manuals. A Chiltons motor manual should have the info you need also
look for a plastic "credit card" in your owner manual packet. It has the code on it. The dealer can retrieve with his scanner too but it will cost @ $40 to hook it up. I think dealer can call Ford for you too. WIll need registration and ID and go in person. Call dealer first to confirm.
The keyless entry module is located in the rear of the vehicle on the driver's side. You will need to partially remove the left rear panel in the cargo area. You will then see the keyless entry module bolted behind a metal reinforcement bar. There is a sticker on the module that has the 5 digit entry code.
