The cause of this is that the roller bearing that the AC compressor pulley turns on is frozen up, the bearing can be replaced but you will need to buy the pulley assembly to get the bearing and you will need a special puller to remove the pressed on pulley. As far as finding a proper belt size to bypass the compressor that is nearly impossible to do, you may get the measurements right but in most cases the belt size you need will not be available, When the factory builds a car or truck with "AC Delete" they install a bypass pulley and the same belt is used for both with and without AC. The cost to replace the bearing is low, and that would be the by far the easiest thing to do here. You can buy the AC tool you need online, just google the year and make.
it is hard to change a fan belt, coz you need to take off the radiator first to have a better view on the belt. then take off the fan it self then you need to loose all the belt tensioners there's 3 of them.
