Before spending $800 for a might fix it, I would either tape it shut or seal it shut with silicone sealent. Tape might damage the paint, so be aware of this. Personally I would seal it with silicone, it can always be removes although it is a pain in the rear end. After sealing wait for the next rain and look for leaks. You could pull the headliner out and then run a water hose over the roof and look for a leak as well. A body shop will probably be cheaper to repair it than the dealer. Dealers generally charge around $100/hr for labor. Body shops charge around $65.hr.
SOURCE: Water accumulates only on the front and rear
take a star screw driver and punch a pair of holes in your floor on drivers side make sure once you go through push the screw driver towards the front of the car and creat angled pockets
these will be your new drains being so small they will bnot tako on water or they will take on a min of water and they will drain the floors
it''s the easiest way to fix the problem go right through the carpet it's just thet easy use a good pointy screw driver or a center punch but dont make the hole larger then 1/4 inch
a mechanic will carge you 250 to fix original drains and will likely do the same as i said a couple of wacks near the lower center on the floor boards
so get in place feet on floor slide them back against the seat with it all the way back now place pointy object between feet and wach it with a hammer
once through push pointy objest forward to create new drain
