You would need to reset the warning light and then see if it comes back on, which would indicate a fault still there. Try this procedure

http://s16.photobucket.com/user/rogersb/media/AirBagReset.jpg.html

"How do you reset the airbag warning light in a '94 Camry?
A: Clearing the warning light in '92-'96 Camrys by the following procedure:
In the DLC1 or DCL2 (data link connector under the hood, see following diagram)
Use two short wires, one wire at terminal TC and a different wire at terminal AB
With the ignition key ON - wait 6 seconds, then:
Ground terminal TC to good body ground for one second
Then ground terminal AB for one second
Then TC one second
Then AB one second
Then ground TC until the light blinks.
Make sure the interval between grounding terminals is not more than 0.2 sec.
Remove the ground wires
Be very careful to only use the correct terminals."

SOURCE: how to change a rear wheel bearing on a 1994 toyota camry

The rear wheel bearing on a toyota camry is replaced by replacing the wheel bearing and hub as a unit. this is a design change as compare to older models with two piece wheel bearings. Scotch drive wheels. Remove rear wheel. Remove rear brake drum. (note: if emergency brakes are applied you will not be able to remove brake drum) Remove dust cap and hub retaining nut. Hub should slide off as unit. Replace hub with new unit. Installation is reverse of removal.

SOURCE: power steering belt on 1991 toyota camry

Locate the idler pulley. Loosen the nut in the center of the idler pulley. Then loosen the bolt that protrudes from the back of the pulley. This will let the belt go slack.

My daughter has a 2007 Toyota Camry who's horn does not work when the wheels are straight, only when turning the wheel. What would cause this?

For a horn with that with the difference being the steering wheel position its either gonna be the clock spring or a rubbed through wire by the steering rack or the tires. Id recommend taking it to a shop considering to normally get to the clock spring you need to remove the airbag

Cruise controlnot working

Do you have an airbag light lit ? Are your cruise control buttons on the steering wheel . If so the clock spring could have an open circuit. A clock spring is a part inside the steering column , under the steering wheel . Check out this video on clock spring .
https://youtu.be/4jv2DW39drA if no airbag light ,then probably not this part.

Airbag light

You can unhook your battery for 15min. which should reset your airbag light. If it keeps coming on it is very possible it is the airbag clock spring which is located in the steering column causing the airbag light to come on. These are known to go out and cause the light to come on. The steering wheel has to be removed with a steering wheel puller to replace this part. This repair should be performed by a qualified mechanic. I had the same problem with my 05 Grand Caravan and the clock spring fixed the problem.

1998 Ford Towncare has an airbag code 32 - 3 flashes than 2 flashes, what does this mean

this code means driver side air bag circuit high resistance or open. in a ford, this is usually a bad clock spring. the clock spring is behind the steering wheel. these can be a little bit tricky to replace. the steering wheel will have to be removed. total time would pay 1.3 hours at a shop.

95 impreza clock spring

The clock spring is not part of the airbag, it is under the steering wheel and provids a moving solid contact to the airbag on the steering wheel. Do not attempt any repairs to the system until you have read the factory warning about the disarming of the airbag system prior to starting any work to remove he steering wheel to get to the clock spring. Follow the installation instruction that comes with the new part exactly or the new clock spring will be ruined in short order.

The airbag indicator lights up when the car is on.

When the airbag light (SRS) is on or blinks it means a fault has occurred in the system and the airbag diagnostic monitor has disabled the system, the most common problem that turns the light on is a break in the connection to the steering wheel mounted airbag, this is due to a rotating ribbon contact that breaks under the steering wheel that connects the airbag to the wiring harness and the diagnostic monitor, the part is called the clock spring contact, a coiled up ribbon electrical contact that turns with the steering wheel while maintaining a mechanical connection to the airgag mounted on the steering wheel, to replace this part you must disarm the airbag system and remove the steering wheel, this requires a special steering wheel puller tool and that you disarm the airbag system before you start the work, to do this disconnect the battery negative cable for 1/2 hour prior.

Installed new rack ,have air bag light on

The steering wheel needs to be prevented from rotating when it is disconnected from the steering linkage. The airbag system uses a rotational sensor that is just below the steering wheel mounted airbag. (Often called a clock-spring)
I suspect is was damaged during your repair.
The airbag fault codes need to be read to confirm.
Good luck.
