It's a bad connection. Most likely spark plugs. Check for resistance or simply replace.

My car is sputtering and dying. If I try to restart it, it will immediately go into sputtering/dying mode. If I wait a while an hour or so it will start up and drive fine.

When was the last time that the carburetor was stripped and cleaned? Also have you checked the fuel filter? Finally, the problem seems to come and go as the engine is run (and it gets hot) check that the fuel line and any electrical cables are well away from the hot engine as far as is possible.

I have a 2004 impala and while I was driving I got to the side and ran over rumble bumps in the road and my car died. Now I have no power to the instrument cluster, no radio, and will not start. Won't even...

You have a bad connection that when you ran over the bumps it vibrated the connection loose, Check all plugs and connections in engine compartment and on the fire wall. It might not be a bad idea to try to start unit after each one you check so you know where the problem is and pursue it further.

2004 ford freestar rumbling noise as I drive down the road at about 45-60mph - it sounds and feels a bit like I hit a rumble strip but it is coming from the engine

Sounds like a half shaft. Reach around behind each wheel and see if there is play in the shaft that leads from the wheel to the transmission. There should be no play. Other possibility is a bearing hub. Jack up car, grab the tire at 9 and 3 o'clock. Shake wheel if there is movement not from the tie rod then it is the bearing hub.

Need the correct oem spark spark plugs/any brand

No reason the gas filter should be clogged unless it was in
the car for 10 years

Fuel pressure should be checked

Need to check for cylinder misfires on a road test of 20

Rumble from front? rear? left or right side?
And shake in the steering wheel?
How big a bump and how fast were you going?
Was the rumble instant after the bump?
Is it constantly making the noise or now and again?
