Security light flashing?

It Was the electric fuel pump on my blazer when that happened and also replaced fuel filter.

them engines are very notorius for jumping time.

Have you tried to start it when it got cold?

Start with the simple and replace the fuel filter. The fuel filter should be replaced every 15,000 miles or once a year to ensure the fuel system is running 100%. Auto Zone will have the fuel filter and can give you the step by step instructions to getting the job done with common tools. If it's the fuel pump failure, you have not gotten the car restarted. Possibly a weak fuel pump, idle air control valve, vacuum leaks, or loose or damaged wiring in the ignition system. Check for vacuum leaks first. That's the only one that won't cost anything. Make sure all intake bolts are tight, and all hoses are connected properly and in good condition.

I had a similar problem and the mechanic diagnosed it as a problem with the ignition coil. So you might want to get that checked.

Check along frame rail on passenger side under rear seat area.

When is the last time you changed the plugs and or wires. Possibly a bad coil. You can also check the fuel injectors to see if they are spraying correctly. Also check the fuel filter. It should be inline under the car just look for the lines when you crawl underneath. If none of that is the issue let me know

Hi,if the car stay s runing with starting fluid your problem is fuel delivery,even if you replaced the fuel pump ,be sure that is working properly ,run a presure test,be sure to check fuel pump fuse and relay, there is no fuel getting in to the sistem .......
