You still need to check other location of the fuses. The unit itself is equip with fuse connectors. Have a qualified technician check it for you. Otherwise, check also the power connectors. It may only need to push the connectors hard

Initial torque of 25Nm.
Second stage is tighten a further 60 degrees followed by a further 20 degrees.

Data says there is no need to replace the bolts but if there is any doubt about how they "feel" in that last 20 degrees I recommend replacement.

what do you need to fix? Is it noisy? Does it charge? Find a local auto electrical shop and have them test it.

Try looking under the inlet manifold. I know the ford mondeo uses a cartridge one ...could be your's the same but you'll find the cover is a round one and looks like an oil fliter if it's a cartridge tyep. cheers
