Hi, chances are you have at least one bad battery cable. Check them with an ohm meter. If you have any resistance in your reading, say above 0.02 change your cable. Hope that helps.

Could be one of two things.

1. Your starter motor is no good.
2. If you turn on your lights and try to start the car and they dim to almost black, then you need to check the battery connections.

Its likely that you have either a bad ignition switch or a bad neutral safety switch (if stickshift, clutch switch) Try starting in neutral...if it starts, change neutral switch (jump across clutch switch, check starting in neutral with your foot on the brake) Ignition switch is on top of steering column under dash.

Look for a lose connection at the crank shaft sensor. This is a signal needed for obtaining tachometer as well as turning on the fuel pump.

First the blower motor stopped working, then the next day it wouldnt turn over and all the gauges started flipping back and forth when you turn the key on ?

Sounds like you might have a low battery. I would check and make sure you have a string 12v at the battery and make sure you have at least 13v to the battery when you get the vehicle started.

2002 ford windstar first wouldnt start, jumped and started, drove 200 miles and turn

You need to have the factory security system scanned, it is most likely locking you out due to a fault.

My 2002 Ford Windstar emission light was on while starting in a very cold winter day.

The only way to diagnose Evap issue is with
a scan tool,evap smoke machine & schematic
of the system your working on.

You should have the codes & googed them by now
& have those taken car of

All you can do without the vehicle is speculate

The van wouldnt start so i jumped it and it tried to start but still didnt i had the battery lookes at and it is still good what do you think it is?

Most common thing to look at next would be the cables, check both ends and clean them really well with a wire brush, then make absolutely sure they are tight and try again.

ENGINE CRANKS BUT WONT TURN OVER

you meant its a NO CRANK engine.
silent starter, say the word silent.
even the starter relay must click.
and if head lamps die, so will be the starter.
due to a dead battery,
sounds like a bad battery to me. dead or only
DISCHARGED.
if the Charge/battery lamp is off in the cluster driving. its ok. the alternator.

starter car with the jumper cables connected
and not next day.
only live jumps matter. or you go know where.
if you want to walmart they have tool there that
tests the alternator
battery
and for phantom drains all in 6 min work, the tool does all the work.

if the battery is charged, it will crank I bet
its discharging.
for 1 of 3 reasons.
1: its bad.
2: the charge system is dead.
3: phantom drains, it goes dead as you sleep
the head lamps dead is the big clue there.
