I have no heat to the interior of my car. I have tried replacing the thermostat and that did not fix the problem. Also checked fuses and made sure there is plenty of coolant. Also touched the hoses to the heater core and they were both pretty close to the same temperature. The only thing that was a little strange was that one of the hoses to the radiator was hot and another one was semi warm.
Without knowing the make model and year of the vehicle, I can't really help much other than, some of the vehicles out there have a blower motor resistor that is usually located near the blower motor or sometimes near the controls. This would cause the heater to fail in blowing heat into the vehicle. If you can hear the fan blowing and it is able to change speed, the resistor would not be the problem. You can also test and/or replace the heater relay to see if this works for you. Short of those suggestions, you may have a plugged heater core which would require replacement. Seek a professional to do this job for you.

make sure your coolant fluid level is good, than check the valve that controls the amount of coolant that flows to the heat exchanger inside your dashboard, make sure it is wide open. (find it by having someone inside the car move the heat control from hot to cold and back while you are under the hood looking for the valve. Sometimes the cable that goes from the dashboard heat/temp control to the coolant valve comes off.

Hot air is dependent on the coolant temperature and the heater core.
There are several things that can cause your problem. The easiest to
check is the coolant level in the radiator\reservoir. There must be
enough coolant to flow freely between the engine and the heater core.
The next is the thermostat. If the thermostat is not closing it would
prevent the the coolant from reaching a high enough temperature to
allow for hot air. The thermostat is not expensive or difficult to
replace. The third thing is a blockage in the heater core. Flush the
coolant system properly can sometimes take care of this. If it does not
the only alternative is a new heater core.
Hope this helps.

If you do not want to buy a Haynes manual (or a Chilton), you can get a free one by logging on to autozone.com and registering. Add your car to your garage and they let you use online manuals similar to a Haynes' or Chilton's with diagrams. i cannot say for certain how good it will be, though, as i have had some good and some not as good experiences with their manuals. But, hey, for free? It is at least worth a look.
i hope this helps,

THERE IS A DOOR UNDER THE DASH THAT MOVES FROM COOL OR AC AIR TO HEAT CHECK AND MAKE SURE ITS MOVING WHEN CHANGING SETTINGS
SOURCE: I cannot refill coolant through reservoir
The coolant system has to be bled
