SOURCE: low beam headlights not working on 2004 Pontiac Montana extended

You headlight lamp have a diffuser mechanism which allows it to flip between the hight beam and low beam feature of the bulb. In fact, you high beam will function even if the low beam is not working.

I would recommend the purchase of the new headlight lamp. It would cost you you any where from $15.00 per unit to get a replacement lamp

SOURCE: 2005 Pontiac SV6 Montana key fob unlocks doors but will not lock

For the sliding doors you need to clean the contacts, there are 6 or 8 on both sides, just wipe them clean as they are probably covered in oil/grease/grime.

SOURCE: 2003 Pontiac Montana Front Wheel Bearings

Remove the wheel, remove the hub nut, remove the brake caliper and rotor, put your socket and extension through the hub flange onto the bearing retainer bolts, undo them, release the abs sensor connector if it has it, remove the bearing and hub flange as an assembly, put the new one on and go backwards from here. Torque the hub nut to 180 ft/lbs, your done.

How to get the battery out

The battery in the 2003 Pontiac Montana is located in the engine compartment on the passenger's side just behind the headlight assembly. Changing the battery can be a little challenging because the Pontiac saw fit to bury it below several other parts in the van. The under-hood fuse box sits directly above the battery and a cross brace runs over the top of it as well. Dealing with both items is not complicated but does add time to the process. How do I replace the headlights on a 2003 montana van?

dim headlights are almost always caused by a loose ground or corroded ground, the ground wires are near the head lights attached to the inside of the fender, check them, pull them off and clean them and the surface they attach to with sand paper.

Turn signal

Go to your local NAPA auto parts store and get replacement tail lights circuit boards. This should solve the problem. I did for my daughters van.
