Battery good. gas full. fuses good. oil full.
Car won't Crank?
This procedure usually works:
·Check the battery cable connections:
Make sure the positive cable, makes a good connection at the battery and at the starter. Make sure the negative cable makes a good ground connection at the battery and (preferably) at the engine.
·Check the battery the simple way, like this:
Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok.
·Check the starter and solenoid:
If the wiring looks ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection, and proper voltage at the starter(10 volts minimum while cranking).
If the starter spins and no crank, the problem is most likely the Solenoid's bendix gear is stuck.
Have someone hit (not too hard) the starter while you try to start the car. This usually works by dislodging a stuck bendix gear.
·Make a simple test of the alternator:
If you can, somehow get the engine running, measure the voltage at the battery. It should be at least 13.6 volts to properly charge the battery.
No cranks, (A/T or M/T?)(
battery lugs cleaned?
Key turned on , CEL glows in dash, Check engine light>? yes, good.
does car crank jumper cable started.??????
if yes, your battery is bad or discharged, (good batteries can just be discharged, discharged dont make them bad, only dead or weak)
if ,jumper fails, to crank it fast.
then hot wire the solenoid (on side of starter caseing)
key in pocket, '
jump the big lug to the very tiny lug on the solenoid
cranks , not? bad starter
yes cranks but dont run, good, key is in pocket for safety, this is normal
but the KEY line is dead.
bad PRNDL switch

The fuel pump ground wire is loose. If you have a loose parking brake pedal or recently had it worked on, check the black and yellow wire that's on one of the screws that holds the Pk. brake assembly. It's hard to find, but it's up there. I guess it could be elsewhwere on the ground wire between the fuel pump and the grounding point by the Pk. brake.

First place I'd look is at the crank position sensor.(it is on the drivers side of the bellhousing in line with the flywheel...harness extends up into the rear of the engine near firewall.) Disconnect it at the harness and using an ohmeter, check between the b&c terminals (this should be marked on the connector. Thaer should be no continuity between the two terminals. If there is, replace it. There are other things to look at but it's most common...I'll stay with this till fixed.

First, check your battery with a volt meter...the starter needs far more power than accessories!
Then make sure you have power and good solid connections at the
terminals and the other ends of the cables as well. Check power (12v)
at the starter main terminal and for 12v at the small connection to the
right of it, (with key turned to start)
If you find the problem while doing this, check the alternator for
output (running with all accessories on should be around 13v never less
than 12 or creeping downward while running) also check belt tension.
If clicking is coming from a relay inside the power distribution box,
check what it's for (label on inside of cover) if it's for your
starter, change it, ( only if battery is fully charged & verified). Also...if all tests show good but starter does not turn change it.
