We have replaced the resoviour container and hoses, the thermostat and it still overheats when it starts making the noise. You also hear the boiling sound of the fluid.

Ok first check the water pump and if that is ok sounds like the head gasket blown, look for water in the oi, thisl will be like a milky colour

did u installed the correct pressure size cap, maybe u put a cap of 1.1 instead of a 0.8 bars find the correct one. The fan clutch might be faulty, not properly cooling. Did u installed the Correct temperature thermostat. Radiator might be clogged

i have a 2005 1.8 nissan sentra.i rplaced the radiator becuause it was leaking.so when i did i took it for a test drive and the needle went to hot then back down to middle ways between the C & H BACK IN FORTH.so i replaced the thermostat. now as far as i can tell it is staying in the middle of C & H. i can't feel no water though cerulating through the top or bottom hose of the radiator. so now that i told you what i done so far my question is???? ( my heater is not working in the car it is blowing out cold air & i left the car runnng for about 45 min. even took it up and down the road.still cold air.what do you think i need to do?????????? )

this model had a problem with the cyclinder head cracking im sorry to tell you,but the one thing im going to tell you and with experance is get a water pressure test done on the engine it will cost about 25/30 dollers but it will save you a lot of money because it will tell you what the problem is and its up to you what you want to do,but it could show up a very small problem.from experance its worth the price and it takes the guessing out of the equestion,please rare this answer thanks.adrian,,,,,,
