My 320d e90 2007 model is using water but cant see any leaks

After 10 minutes of ran time,check for white smoke at tailpipe.

White smoke = blown head gasket.

change the cabin filter will get rid of the smell however for cold ac you will need to recharge the ac and have a black light test in 5 days or less after it was recharged. then they would spot for a leak in the ac system

On this vehicle if the service history is up to date the microfilter would have been changed no more than 15000 miles ago. You may need the help from a garage to check to make sure that the air con system is fully charged, if so it may be the heater control panel it's self that may be at fault. It may be worth a visit to a local specalist or dealer to get the fault memories read but ask for a fixed quote for diagnosis before hand. hope this may be of help.

To reset the service interval indicator you need to buy a "Peake" / "Baume" or similar OBDII reader / resetter.

Cost about $150 - $200 ea.
