put your old headlites back in and try it, if drl works the the resistance in the new lites isn't compatible with drl relay

There are three flat head srews on the head lamp housing under the hood you have to remove all three then the lense housing is easily removed and the actual lamp is twist locked losen twist lock lefty lose tighty right
and the head lite is a plug in type remove old one istal new one and presto follow the rest in reverse.

you may have the wrong type of bulb. I believe the daytime light requires a dual element bulb did the plug go on ok?
