Is there a way to diable vehicle alram system so car can stay running

1996 chrysler Town & Country Manufacture alarm by passed by after market alarm, after market alarm disassembled and now original alarm will not reset or allow vehicle to start, is there some way to disable the original alarm to enable the vehicle to run

You should be able to take it to the dealer and have them disable the VTSS. Look for about an hour labor to do this.

The Fuel Filter is located under vehicle, driver side, below seating area, front of fuel tank, mounted on frame rail in fuel line.

Try locking/unlocking the passenger door with the key into the door lock to reset the alarm system. If the passenger side doesn't work, then try the driver side. Good luck.
