Louiseme: your fuse box is on the driver's side of the car under the dash. Usually there is a cover to show what circuits go where.
However, if you do not have a cover I will do my best to orient you to the box and what fuses serve what circuits.
Your box is made up of two rows of fuses , 7 on each side.
In looking at it you will see the left row will have three 15 amp, one 25 amp, one 20 amp and 0ne 15 amp fuse.
The right side will have: five 15 amp and two 20 amp fuses.
On the right side the top 15 amp fuse is the left head light, next 15 amp fuse below it is the right head lamp. The 15 amp fuse below it is for the tail lamps and dome lamps. 15 amp below that is stop lights and horn. 15 below is hazard, 20 is door locks , 20 radio and cigar
On the left, top 15 amp is ign coil and meters, 15 below is turn signals and back ups, 15 below is wiper washer, 15 below rear defog, 25 amp below heater, 20 amp below AWAL, 15 amp below is FI. Beyond this I need more specifics about your problem to help you

LOUISEME: One other thought that came to mind. A bad hazard flasher and/ir flasher unit can cause the same condition. The flasher unit is in the fuse box unit under the dash. It should just pull out.

Apparently the turn signals and the hazard flasher use the same box, the flasher is built inside the box next to the other relay. That relay or flasher unit is only available from the dealer or salvage yards. It lists for $84.00 See if you can find another Geo you can borrow it out of to try ib you truck before buying one.

Well this should give you a little more food for thought,

    Good Luck,

I use an online resource to look up stuff like where are fuses but sometimes it is less detailed than other times. all its telling me for your tracker is that the fuse box is in the engine compartment. this was a big chart that they scanned to fit the space they had and i can't blow it up. think the fuse you want for interior lights is fuse 18, but it might be 1B. it's a 15 amp fuse. of course when you change any fuses you should disconnect the negative battery terminal while you work on it, then reconnect it when you are done. hope that helps

Where is the fuse/s for the map lights and dome lights

ANSWER by patrick mannion on June 01, 2010
Looking at a wiring diagram the dome light and rear reading lights operate through the body control module. Check the BCM 2 fuse, BCM 1 fuse and BCM cluster fuse they may all be in the circuit. These fuses are in the engine compartment fuse box.

How can i turn my interior lights and map lights on. As since i have bought the car they have not worked

http://www.jagrepair.com/images/AutoRepairPhotos/x2022001en.pdf
Ok, assuming fuse #24 (30 Amp) and fuse #5 (10 Amp) of the rear power block is good...
Front and rear map lights and sun visor lights are out .
Glove box and door lights DO work.
Leaves only one common wire that is orange and blue from the rear distribution block that is broken somewhere. A short should have blown fuses or melted the wire.

Interior Lights will not come on, I checked the fuse and it's still good. The map lights and the 2 interior lights above the rear doors are not working.

check with a ohm meter at light sockets for 12v . If you do not have voltage, possiably a broken wire leading away from fuse block or worst case scenario behind fuse panel. Light wireing could be a complete harness for all lights mentioned. Good luck.

Were are the dashbord feses on a nissan 1997 pickup

IN the dash board on the drivers side under a little door the opens to put change in just to the left of the drivers steering collum this door can be removed and the fuse names are on the bnack of this little door. If the dash lights aren;t working your tail fuse might be blown as the rear running lights and the dash lights share the same circuit on purpose. If your tailights are'nt working your dash does light up to let you know.

My 1995 pathfinder se brake lights and dashbord wont light up. the dashbord works but when you turn the lights on the dashboard wont and the brake lights wont work ether they dont turn on.

Check the wiring in the rear. If this has a tow package, the converter could be bad. If you have a daytime running light system the module could be bad. Also for good measure check the fuses under the hood & in the cab. You'll need a wiring diagram, test light,& multi-meter to go further.
