We, meaning my husband and me as helper) rather than breaking the interior panel, which a replacement is difficult to find, removed the broken outside door handle, and maneuvered the rod manually, simulating the movements of the door handle. The door opened and we clicked the child lock off and then replaced the exterior handle.

The handles are made from plastic and the lever on the inside of the handle typically will break on Hyundai's.

you can ask but it is doubted if you will get any satisfaction
it is a 2003 model and well out side any warranty period

The control panels are often held in place by either spring tensioners or some built into the plastic frame of the panel and can be pried up and out. They pretty much depend on gravity to keep it in place.
Once free of the panel, turning it may allow it to be passed through the hole in which it normally resides.
I would try first to pry with an old credit or bank card before resorting to metal tools.

make a wire hook and feel under window winder and pull ,cuirclip should pop out

the inside door panel will have to come off to get at the door handle. if you've never done this you should have someone that has do it, because they can be tricky.good luck
