Alarm going off by itself for no apparent reason

We have this problem with our 1996 Jeep Gr, Cherokee as the alarm is setting itself with the doors unlocked & the dome lights turn on by themselves while sitting overnite. Someone said it might be the keyless entry control module, so if this is the case, does anyone know how we might be able to disconnect this? same problem. bought car used so never had keyless remote, but auto locks inside the car were responsible, i think. stopped using auto locks and manually unlock and lock with the key - seems to have worked. can someone just tell me where the fuse for the alarm is or how to disconnect it entirely??
